Common questions

Can it handle different table sizes?

Yes. You say how many tables you have and how many each seats, and the bot matches the booking to the party. It will not put six people at a table for two.

What about no-shows?

In the owner's view a booking can be marked as a no-show. You build up a picture of your guests, and the table does not sit blocked for the rest of the evening.

Do I need a deposit?

No, the description above works without payment. If you want to take a deposit, say so when you create the bot — it will need a payment provider key, asked for separately.

Can it cover more than one room?
