First-line support

Support and FAQ bot

The same question stops reaching you personally for the tenth time.

Open in Telegram Free right now

A support bot is a Telegram bot that answers common questions from your own list and hands everything else to a person. The customer taps a question and gets a ready answer. When there is no answer, or the customer asks for a human, the bot opens a ticket: it collects the details, gives a reference number and notifies you. Outside your hours it says honestly that you are away — and still records the question.

What this bot does

  • Answers from your list, not its own head

Common questions sit on buttons. You write the answers — the bot does not invent them or paraphrase them into something you did not say.

  • Nothing gets lost

A question the bot cannot answer becomes a numbered ticket. The customer sees the confirmation, you see the new case.

  • Hands over on request

A customer can ask for a person at any point. The conversation stays attached to the ticket, so context is not lost in the handover.

  • Working hours

Off-hours it replies with a polite “we are not online, we will answer in the morning” — and still opens the ticket, so nothing evaporates overnight.

  • Shows you what to fix

The owner's view lists the most frequent questions and the ticket volume. That tells you what to add to the answers, or fix in the product.

Description to paste

I want a Telegram bot that handles first-line customer support for my product. It greets people, offers the most common questions as tappable buttons, and answers from a FAQ I manage — clear, friendly replies with follow-up suggestions so people can self-serve. When the bot can't help or the customer asks for a person, it opens a ticket: collects the details, gives the customer a reference number, and notifies me or my team so we can reply, with the conversation kept tied to that ticket. I can manage the FAQ entries, set business hours (and a polite "we're offline, we'll get back to you" message outside them), and see open tickets and their status. Make sure nothing falls through the cracks — every unanswered question becomes a ticket — keep each customer's conversation private, and confirm when a ticket is opened or resolved. Give me an owner view of the most common questions and ticket volume so I can spot what to fix or add to the FAQ.

How it works

  1. Open AGNTDEV in Telegram and paste the description above.
  2. Answer questions about the substance: which questions come up most, who handles tickets, when you are online.
  3. The build runs in the background — you get a notification when the bot is ready.
  4. The bot goes live on your own account. The answer list is edited in words: “add a question about refunds”.

Common questions

Does the bot make answers up?

No. It answers with what you wrote in the list of common questions. For anything else it does not attempt an answer of its own — it opens a ticket and calls a person.

Where do tickets arrive?

To you in Telegram, or to a team chat if you name one when creating the bot. Every case has a number that makes the conversation easy to find.

Can I put it on my website?

The bot lives in Telegram. From a site you link to it with an ordinary t.me link carrying your bot's name — usually behind a “Message us” button.

What if the questions keep growing?

You extend the answer list in words in the same chat. The owner's view shows which questions actually arrive most, and those are the ones worth adding first.

Support and FAQ bot — from one description

Describe the bot in plain words. The platform writes the code, runs the tests and publishes the bot on your own account.
