Appointment booking bot

Clients pick a time themselves and you stop running a calendar over chat.

Open in Telegram Free right now

An appointment booking bot is a Telegram bot that shows a client your free time and books them without a conversation. It knows your working hours, how long each service takes and where your breaks are, so it never offers a taken slot and never double-books. Confirmation is instant; reminders go out the day before and an hour ahead. Clients reschedule or cancel with a button.

What this bot does

  • Only offers time that is actually free

The bot checks each request against your hours, the length of the service and what is already booked. A client sees only what they can really take.

  • Confirms at once, then reminds

A clear confirmation with the details and a short booking code, then a reminder a day and an hour before the visit, so nobody forgets you.

  • Rescheduling without you

The client taps a button, the slot frees itself and becomes available to everyone else. Nothing to move by hand.

  • Your services, breaks and days off

Services with their length and price, working days, breaks, holidays. Individual hours can be closed when something comes up.

  • An owner's view

Today and the week on one screen, and a notification the moment somebody books or cancels.

Description to paste

I want a Telegram bot that books appointments for my one-person business — like a barber, tutor, or coach. A client taps to start, picks the service they want (each with its own length, and a price to show if I set one), then a day and an open time; the bot only offers slots that fit my working hours and aren't already taken, so it can never double-book me. It confirms instantly with the details and a reference code, sends a reminder the day before and an hour before, and lets clients reschedule or cancel from buttons. I configure my services, weekly availability, breaks, and days off, and I can block out time when something comes up. Give me an owner view of today's and the week's bookings, and ping me the moment a booking comes in or someone cancels. Handle odd input gracefully, keep client contact details private, and stay warm and clear throughout. No online payment needed — we settle in person.

How it works

  1. Open AGNTDEV in Telegram and paste the description above — or write your own in plain words.
  2. Answer a few questions about the substance: what you offer, when you work, how early to remind.
  3. The build runs in the background — you get a notification when the bot is ready. You can close Telegram.
  4. The bot goes live on your own account through @BotFather. After that you edit in words: “add a service”, “remind two hours ahead”.

Common questions

What if two clients pick the same time?

They cannot. A slot disappears from the list the moment it is taken, and the bot checks every request against existing bookings — so there is no double-booking even when two people open the bot at the same second.

Can it take payment at booking?

The description above does not need payment — you settle in person. If you want online payment, say so when you create the bot: it will need a key from a payment provider. You are asked for it in a separate step and it is stored encrypted, never shown in chat.

How will clients find the bot?

The bot is created on your own account through @BotFather and has its own name like @your_bot. Put the link in your profile, in a community description, or send it straight to a client.

What if I go away for a week?

Close those days and the bot stops offering them. Appointments already made stay where they are and remain visible in the owner's list.
